4. Payment Methods and Installments

We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For clients paying in installments, payments will be deducted on the day of every month corresponding to the user’s sign-up date.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Unhinged English Education provides English language education services. While we strive to offer high-quality lessons, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Refunds and Rescheduling Policy

No refunds are provided. However, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy for clients who need to change their lesson times. Please contact us in advance to discuss rescheduling options.

7. Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years of age or older to access our services.

8. Jurisdiction

Unhinged English Education is based in Portugal and complies with the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Our services are offered globally, and users outside of Portugal are responsible for complying with their local laws.
